I have to say that i was astounded by the service from Brooks. We needed a marquee in a large back garden for our wedding reception. Tom came round and helped us measure up the space, gave us a huge amount of advice and options on what we needed. On the day of the wedding the communication was exceptional. We had a last minute panic on the day and decided to swap the 5" rounds for 6" rounds in the morning. Tom had the old tables picked up and new ones delivered straight away - no quibbles. I felt at all times that they were invested in making our day amazing and it really was.
